PWS is the exclusive distributor for Speed Queen multi-housing laundry equipment in California and Nevada. Speed Queen’s stack washers and dryers bring an innovative stacked concept that takes up half the floor space that a conventional washer and dryer does when situated side by side.

In addition to selling laundry equipment, we also offer the following options for laundry room apartment equipment:

• Revenue Sharing - We deliver and install energy efficient Speed Queen washers and dryers at no cost. We service and collect the machines and split the monthly revenue with the apartment owner. We use a completely cash-less payment system (credit cards) for apartment residents and pride ourselves on transparency in our collections and first-rate customer service.
• Equipment Leasing - We deliver and install energy efficient Speed Queen washers and dryers for a small monthly fee. The building owner is responsible for all collections, but we provide equipment service on all washers and dryers.
