PWS is the exclusive distributor for Speed Queen multi-housing laundry equipment in California and Nevada. Speed Queen’s line of stack tumble dryers provides double the capacity of Speed Queen single pocket tumble dryers while using only half the floor space.

In addition to selling laundry equipment, we also offer the following options for laundry room apartment equipment:

• Revenue Sharing - We deliver and install energy efficient Speed Queen washers and dryers at no cost. We service and collect the machines and split the monthly revenue with the apartment owner. We use a completely cash-less payment system (credit cards) for apartment residents and pride ourselves on transparency in our collections and first-rate customer service.
• Equipment Leasing - We deliver and install energy efficient Speed Queen washers and dryers for a small monthly fee. The building owner is responsible for all collections, but we provide equipment service on all washers and dryers.
