Let PWS’ Laundry Design Services build-out a 2 dimensional drawing of your prospective laundry. PWS uses a proprietary program to create comprehensive Laundromat layouts that include the following:

• 1) Proper washer and dryer placement
• 2) Correct equipment mix
• 3) Specified water heater and boiler placement
• 4) Optimal seating, folding table and vending placements
• 5) Calculated washer to dryer capacity ratio

Accompanying the layout PWS will provide a comprehensive 17 page demographics report on your prospective Laundromat.
