Today PWS-The Laundry Company® launched a new service on its web site to help expedite service call requests in the Los Angeles area in a more timely and efficient manor. Coin laundry owners, apartment owners, and hotels, motels and nursing homes can now go directly to www.pwslaundry.com and click on Parts & Service where they will find a link that says, "Schedule a Service Call in the Los Angeles Area."

The customer will then enter a page where they can put in all the pertinent information about their service call needs, location of the problem and direct contact name and phone number. This will help PWS schedule a service tech in that area to visit this location within 24-48 hours.

Brad Pollack, president of PWS stated, "PWS understands that having a machine out of service is lost revenue, so we have devised a way to capture online requests that come in on weekends and holidays, when we are not readily available. Then, when we come in early on Monday morning, we can immediately address the request and get it scheduled with a service tech in that area."

Mr. Pollack continued by saying, "For many years PWS has strived to offer better service with a quicker response time for our customers. I believe we have found the solution by offering them this new approach to requesting service. We will continue to work to make this service even better as customers become more aware of this quick and easy way to contact PWS for service on their equipment."
